Commercial and Residential Surface Rentals

Have an event coming up but the space is looking a little dirty? We are here to help. We install temporary artificial turf or VersaCourt Sports Surfaces to elevate any space to make it more enjoyable. We can install on top of any surface to provide a temporary solution to an undesirable space. From residential backyards that are mostly dirt and weeds to commercial events needing a functional entertainment area we have it covered.

How it works:

• Call/email/text to set a rental date and timeline 
  
• Provide the dimensions of the desired turf/surface area
  
• Clear any objects or debris that may affect the surface 
  
• We will deliver and temporarily install the turf 1-2 days before the event 
  
• Have a great and clean event 
  
• We will remove all turf within 1-2 days of completion of the event 
  
• That’s it! 
  

Helpful Recommendations:

• Since this is a temporary install we do not install any base to level out the surface. Minor surface prep and debris removal is recommended to create the best surface 
  
• Artificial turf comes in 15’ widths. When evaluating your space ensure one dimension is in increments of 15. We do not cut the turf for a temporary event. 
  
• Standard turf rental is a 1.25” landscape turf. Specialty turf rentals are available upon request such as putting greens 
  

Clarifications:

• No cost included for surface prep such as leveling, mowing or grading the area. 
  
• We assume no liability for any injuries no cost for cutting 
  
• Any pet waste on the turf will result in a $500 cleaning fee 
  
• Any excess debris left on the turf that cannot be blown out is subject to a $250 cleaning fee 
  
• Any damage to the turf such as burns, cuts are subject to a damage fee at $3/SF 
  
• Turf may be purchased at the end of the event for an agreed upon price
